Dubai Bar

Have you heard of a Dubai Bar? The original maker is from Dubai and it has middle eastern flair with pistachio cream, tahini, white chocolate and crunchy phyllo shreds.  It is creamy and crunchy at the same time!  Our version is covered in creamy milk chocolate and topped with salted pistachios.
